Reelflex PUR-H is part of the latest generation of drum reeling cables. When compared to the standard rubber NSHTöu, Reelflex PUR-H is significantly smaller in overall diameter and lighter in weight. This allows the use of lighter winding/reeling equipment offering considerable cost savings.

Ideal for use inside or in the open air the cables emit very little smoke and is Halogen Free in the event of fire, making them suitable for sensitive applications.

Fine copper strands to BS6360 insulated with Halogen Free polyester insulated cores laid around a central textile suspension unit using a short length of twist. Anti torsion braid embedded between the inner and outer Halogen Free black polyurethane sheath.

Some larger sizes may have a split earth construction, please check at time of order if this is critical.

 

 

This term is interchangeable with LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen), LSOH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen), OHLS (Zero Halogen Low Smoke) and FRNC (Flame Retardant Non-Corrosive). Beware of the terms LSF (Low Smoke and Fume) or RP (Reduced Propogation), when relating to signal or control cables will normally be modified PVC and produce 'Loads of Smoke and Fume'!
