NYY IEC60502 Unarmoured Power and Control Cables

Application

NYY cables are an economical way of transmitting power and control where armouring is not required. Used both indoor and outside these cables are suitable for direct burial or through ducts, regulations permitting. Availability is generally excellent with most sizes available for shipping within a few days.
     

Cable Construction

Plain copper wire conductors to VDE 0295 class 1 or 2, PVC insulation, bedding compound, PVC sheath – Black.

NYY can be supplied with a green/yellow earth conductor - reference NYY-J or without an earth conductor – reference NYY-O.
