Niltox LF-329 is a Low Smoke Halogen Free alternative to the popular PVC LiYCY screened signal, control & power cables. Available from 0.75mm² to 35mm² these cables are LSHF throughout. Flexibility is excellent making installation easy. Core identification is straightforward with cores being clearly number coded and a green/yellow earth core included in cables with more than 2 cores.

 

These cables are often installed in hospitals, airports, computer suites and control rooms, in fact anywhere power or signals need to be protected from electro magnetic radiation or corrupting other cables or equipment.

Fine copper wire strands to IEC 60028 class 5, LSHF insulation, cores twisted together, overall tinned copper wire braid, Low Smoke Halogen Free sheath – grey.

This term is interchangeable with LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen), LSOH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen), OHLS (Zero Halogen Low Smoke) and FRNC (Flame Retardant Non-Corrosive). Beware of the terms LSF (Low Smoke and Fume) or RP (Reduced Propogation), when relating to signal or control cables will normally be modified PVC and produce 'Loads of Smoke and Fume'!
