Originally developed for process control and communications within the petrochemical industry this cable is now widely used in other industrial and commercial applications.

This screening combination offers superior protection from electro magnetic interference. These cables are suitable for fixed installation when there is no risk of mechanical damage. Armoured versions are available, listed under the heading Type 2.

Plain annealed copper wire conductors to BS 6360, class 1, 2 or 5, PE insulation, cores twisted into pairs or triples, each pair/triple foil screened with a drain wire, overall foil screen and drain wire, RP-PVC sheath – Black or blue.
